5th degree Multifaceted Black belt John holds Black belts in Judo, Kung fu, kickboxing, Level 1 freestyle wrestling coach, level 1 Greco Roman coach, Llevel two ABAE Boxing coach and is a British Combat Association registered self protection and self defence coach.

 

John has been teaching and coaching Martial arts for 30 years.  John has dedicated his life to teaching and coaching Fitness, strength and condition required for Martial arts based fitness and competitive fitness levels and standards.

Luke 22yrs has been involved since childhood in various forms of Martial Arts and fitness, including various sports and playing American football.  He can take you from being overweight and  unfit to new levels you would never have thought possible.  Whether your training for fun, a marathon or a white collar or tough mudder type event then Luke can get you fighting fit and raring to go.  With his ability and patience Luke has built up a client base which includes Adults and children of varying levels of fitness and is highly focused on motivating you to achieve your goals.

Thomas Skillen is 20yrs old and has been involved in Martial Arts from childhood and has gained extensive knowledge in martial arts based health and fitness and strength and conditioning. He has also played amateur football and various sports, he is a keen motivator. Thomas will help you achieve your goals whether you’re looking for fitness, increased strength, Martial arts training or simply enjoy  a good workout, then Thomas will encourage you.   Thomas designs various Circuit training routines, skills and drills for conditioning suitable for various charity type events like obstical course or 10k run events. Let him get you in shape to tackle those tough events.

Jimmy’s Knowledge is vast within the combat arts from his early Judo career to his current Mixed Martial Arts professional career. As a professional athlete he can help you attain greater fitness through his combat strength and conditioning programme suitable for a variety of sports.

 

Jimmy coaches regularly one to one tuition for anyone. Learn all aspects of Mixed Martial Arts whether for competition or to aid you in your chosen sport.  Rugby players of all ages and levels can benefit greatly from wrestling and body controlling techniques so why not gain an edge over the competition and train with Jimmy.
